What happens when you love yourself

MOTIVATION MEDITATIVE THOUGHT MONDAY MESSAGE   This kicks off

for the week:   What happens when you love yourself?
  Have you ever noticed or thought about that?   I can
honestly say one year ago, I did NOT love myself....honestly I
hated myself   Because i wasn't fully following my TRUTH
  I wasn't embodying it   I had numbing behaviors and
self sabotaging limiting beliefs that drove me   And it was
because I didn't love myself   Now I have fallen in love with
mySelf....my TRUE Self   My highest and BEST version of my
Self   And it's changed me   Changed my family  
Changed my clients lives for the better   Changed my
perspective on the world outside of me   Changed my
perspective on money   Healed a LOT of wounds   Which I
believe is a game changer, not just for me   What could your
life look like if you didn't rely on numbing behaviors to distract
you?   What could your relationships look like if you loved
yourself?   What could your business look like?   Your
bank account?   There is a reason they say "Love makes the
world go round"   And why there are so many love songs out
there   And so many romance novels and movies   And, yet,
many lose focus on that in their own lives   Why is that? And
what can we do about it? What's love got to do, got to do with it?
  I am going to talk about that today!
