Cleaing Ascension Symptoms - Mind/Body/Spirit With Lois Koffi

This month I introduced the concept of ascension symptoms


 


In earlier episodes I spoke of these (26 symptoms and counting)


 


For me these began over one year ago and I had no clue how to
handle them or work with them


 


We can't resist them for they can/will persist


 


As we ascend into the Age of Aquarius, we are shedding many
layers of our 3D selves and heading into a new world in so many
ways (also known as 5D)


This is really just a fancy way of saying we are being invited to
be and BECOME the best version of ourselves


No more human DOING


We can't take this "baggage" with us


The go go/do do energy is being reclaimed and released


That masculine dominant energy must be reunited with the feminine
BEINGness of love and compassion and kindness


Trusting your intuition - trusting yourself more


One way that helped me was mental/physical/spiritual cleansing


We are ALL of our bodies - mental and physical and spiritual and
emotional (aka pain body)


One does not supersede the other


they are all connected


If we don't go INWARD and inspect these symptoms and root causes
of them, we are resisting and that is what causes dis-ease or for
life to get our attention in ways that might be painful


We are all being called to SHIFT and create more spaciousness in
our Universe


This will help us refrain from relying on addictive behaviors and
looking outside ourselves all the time for answers that may
distract us from living our BEST life


Today I will speak on this as well as talk about my upcoming
Spring mind/body/spirit cleanse that is designed to teach you how
to navigate these thru not just nutritionally cleansing, but ALL
minds (including emotional) cleansing/purging so you can be
equipped to shine your light so so bright
