choose your family"   Well, I believe we choose both!  
We also know that saying, "I hope I don't end up like my mother!"
  Well, we also know that what we resist persists   If
most of our programming is in place by the time we are 10 years old
- we have a LOT of mental/physical/emotional attributes of our
caregivers/parents it is no surprise we find ourselves many years
later with high blood pressure, excess weight, health challenges or
dis-ease that "runs in the family"   It's time for us to heal
  To truly connect with our ancestors and what they are asking
of us now - as I believe they are calling upon us to heal the
wounds of the past   Not only ours, but our parents, our
forefathers seven generations back   To truly wake up to our
highest and best version of ourselves   Today I talk about
that healed "mom and dad" (aka feminine and masculine energies")
that can make a HUGE difference in our external world   If you
