Healing ancestral trauma for addiction transformation

I heard over and over again that "alcoholism runs in our family"


It was called a disease and I always shuddered when I heard that,
yet didn't know why


It was the whispers of my ancestors....they wanted me to do
something about it


And, yet, what we resist persists and I headed down that drinking
path myself....for years using it to escape my truth, escape my
reality, escape my imposter syndrome....simply escape


On top of so many other addictive behaviors (social media,
working, fear, limiting beliefs)


But then I found hope - I found a way, a path, unique to me (and
I believe so many here to heal the ancestors and create a new
path of healing)


I found the ROOT CAUSE and it did run deep


Deep into thousands of years ago


With the help of Kambo frog medicine, ancestral trauma regression
therapy, plant medicine, breathwork and a few other tools like
meditation.....I came out on the other side


No longer am I "addicted" - I simply healed my relationship with
myself, my ancestors, my guilt, my shame, the old story.....


I had been addicted to the story!


And so I decided to write a new one

It was a gift


A gift I could heal and share with others my journey


And my husband had a similar path with addiction and found that
by loving his shadows with great compassion
