In a world with war and triggers and financial upheaval this is
what I believe we are called to listen and tune in to


 


And it does start with our BODY


 


Our body is a temple, if we choose to see it that way


 


You only get one in this lifetime


 


I took it for granted and have had dis-ease and weight gain,
addictions/cravings, etc., over the years....and now I am LOVING
my body more than ever
