Navigating Sobriety & Healing - Natalie's Journey Through Plant Medicine & Wellness

In honor of recovery awareness month (also suicide awareness
month), we are talking about sobriety, mental health and plant
medicine with Natalie Lang.


She has a very powerful and inspiring story that just may touch
your heart especially if you are struggling with sobriety,
recovery, mental health and suicidal thoughts - as she had!


She even made a unique decision in working with sacred plant
medicine (while many look at psychedelics as substances one
should be concerned about) and had major breakthroughs AND
maintained her sobriety with ease


Natalie is an intuitive and holistic-minded bodyworker and energy
healer located in Minneapolis Minnesota. A co-founder of
bi-monthly sober sauna party, Sauna and Sobriety, Natalie is an
advocate for sobriety and has a love for bringing groups together
and a passion to uplift others in their healing journey. In her
personal quest for mental wellness, she works her own 12 step
program for emotional sobriety [ACA]. 


 


In her recovery journey she has come to know a Power greater than
her own, and was led to work with plant medicine under the
guidance of Magdalena and Emmanuel to help aid in overcoming a
lifelong battle with depression. As mental illness has been a
major catalyst for her spiritual path and growth, she is grateful
to be here today sharing her experience, strength and hope with
others seeking recovery and wellbeing.
