From Personal Mental Health Struggles To Industry Innovation with Marc Van Herr

Marc Van Herr, owner of The Profit Doctors, blends


his personal experiences with the health care system with an

the box innovative approach to changing the way we access and
experience their health care.


Marc himself had gotten to a low point where he wrote a suicide
note and was about to end his life when he felt the tug from his
four year old daughter to stay.


He was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and was not open to
sharing or talking about it until he had a pivotal turning point
moment that told him otherwise


He founded the Beautiful Mind Project in Minnesota and radically
shifted his perspective on mental health care


His story is profound and his vision for the future is even more
profound


He was a 2019 and 2021 Changemaker honoree and was chosen as one
of


seven fellows in the state of Minnesota with the Initiative
Foundation for his Urgent Care for Mental Health program. You'll
