Codependency and emotional eating/drinking - Self soothing


Since the theme of the month is relationships for my clients,
myself and the energies on the planet, I wanted to expand upon
other "relationships" where we become codependent upon things in
an unhealthy, grasping, self soothing way that can cause us pain
and suffering


Today I want to go a bit deeper on this topic to share more
wisdom, insights of what I have learned from coaching over 10,000
people in health/fitness/nutrition/mental health/overcoming
addictions since the year 2000


For many of us with deep abandonment/rejection core wounding, it
was so easy to turn to food, sugar, alcohol, nicotine and other
options for self soothing


 


If you have a smart phone that you can't live without, that would
count too!


 


Today we will discuss emotional eating/drinking and how to
overcome, move through those addictive behaviors that may be
causing us pain and suffering


 


Having had my own pain with many forms of addictive self soothing
mechanisms most of my life, I am excited to make my karma my
dharma and hopefully save you some pain and suffering!


Once you master calling your power back over emotional
eating/drinking, etc., there can be so much more deliciousness in
life!
