For episode 28, we are changing up the format a bit with both a
mix and a separate interview. Our guest mix is from the Dutch
composer Rutger Hodemaekers to celebrate the release of his new
album The Age of Oddities which came out on
FatCat's 130701 imprint on March 5, 2021. Hodemaekers takes you
on a cinematic journey all his own, perfect for long walks in
nature or sitting in front of a fire. We also catch up with Nils
Frahm for an interview to talk about his new live
album Tripping With Nils Frahm, which was edited and
perfected from multiple performances in his home town of Berlin
at the Funkhaus, which is also the home to his recording studio.
Along with the interview, there will be a few selections from the
new album. We will be experimenting with the show's format in the
