Hey everyone, back at it with another 6 minute lesson! Last week, I
gave advice on how to structure your own workout program, so you
can thrive in the gym and not only know what you're doing, but how
and why you're doing it. To follow up, I'm talking to you this week
about dieting! I give my advice on making eating simple, keeping it
clean, and more as I give you the know-how to a better diet in 6
minutes! *Note, I did better than last weeks time, and I think
