Toronto is closing off some streets to cars as part of a new initiative

Ontario says gathering restrictions could soon increase to ten
people instead of the current cap of no more than five as early
as next week. Doug Ford baked a cake, and posted the
cooking-show-style video on social media. The province says a
glitch is to blame for today's high number of COVID-19 cases.
