Doug Ford announces that Toronto can finally enter Stage 2 of reopening

Doug Ford announced that Toronto and Peel regions will be allowed
to enter Stage 2 this Wednesday, which means salons, patios,
malls and more can reopen with safety protocols in place. Summer
weather brought hundreds of people, and their garbage, to two
local beaches this weekend. Plus, the first season of Drag Race
Canada debuts on July 2, and it features lots of Toronto talent.
