The Beaver is closing after 14 years in Toronto

Flights with confirmed cases of COVID-19 keep landing in
Toronto's Pearson Airport, and the federal government is keeping
track. An award-winning wine bar and restaurant in Yorkville is
closing permanently. Plus, Lynn MacNeil and Will Munro opened The
Beaver in 2006, and operated as a safe space that celebrated
queer identities for 14 years. Now, the beloved Queen West bar,
restaurant, gallery and club is shutting down.
