A Chat with David Daley, Senior Fellow at FairVote

This evening, we chat with David Daley, a Senior Fellow at
FairVote. FairVote, a nation-wide organization, is dedicated to
advancing Fair Representation and Ranked Choice Voting. David,
author of the book entitled “Ratf**ked: Why Your Vote Doesn’t
