Listen to Part 1 before listening to this episode. Clint
Lorance was a soldier who had everything going for him until his
2012 Afghanistan deployment. After some questionable actions
culminating in the death of two alleged “village elders,” Clint
Lorance was charged with murder and sentenced to 20 years in
prison. But little by little, Clint’s defense team and his
family fought to reduce the sentence. And the battle paid off
when Clint Lorance received a full Presidential Pardon from
President Donald Trump on November 15, 2019. Dig in with
Margot as she discusses the aftermath of Clint's Afghanistan
deployment and the true meaning of a Presidential Pardon.
