Dennis Zecca retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 2006. He was
last stationed at Station Islamorada. He was a Chief Warrant
Officer with the prestigious position of Commander. After his
retirement, he settled in Marathon, Florida, a small quaint island
in the Florida Keys. All seemed well, until in 2012, he asked
his employee to perform a hit on a local businessman by the name of
Bruce Schmitt. Dig in with Margot as she discusses a tiny bit of
Coast Guard history, she reminisces watching one of her all-time
favorite shows, “The Sopranos,” and discusses this bizarro case
involving a military retiree. ----- Sponsors: –
