Anime: Ep 35 - Area 88 (OVA)

It's spooky season. During the intro of this episode we briefly
discuss our initial impressions over a few of the new Fall 2018
seasonal anime (0-16).Tori has started a new quest which involves
watching retro anime films, and we discuss some of the standouts he
has watched so far including a Takahata film (16-38).Naturally,
since Halloween is around the corner we go into some
horror/suspense/psychological anime to possibly watch for it
(38-1:25).Our retro anime up for review is the military action
