Episode #004 - Be Empowered by Your Own Words

Happy new year everyone, welcome to 2020.  I have defined
this year as a year that we get clarity and gain momentum. It's
the beginning of a new decade and I'm so looking forward to what
this year and this decade have in store for us. I have a strong
feeling that it's going to be great.


In this episode, I discussed how you can be empowered by your own
words through speaking those positive words constantly and
reminding yourself of your goals. I discussed how you shouldn't
let distractions or naysayers derail you from your goals and how
