Brian Pogue, professor and chair of the Department of Medical
Physics at the University of Wisconsin and the Maclean Professor
of Engineering at Dartmouth College, is our guest. The episode
explores the (sometimes conflict-characterized) relationship
between industry and medicine, as well as cancer therapies and
diagnostics, the evolution of standards, and biomedical device
