The Saturday Edition - Ep 107

The Saturday Edition is back for the first time in 2024 with
Charlotte Greenway to look ahead to some of the weekend action form
Warwick, Kempton and Punchestown. First we hear from Nigel
Twiston-Davies on a couple of his key runners Broadway Boy,
Beauport and the veteran Good Boy Bobby. Taking on Broadway Bob in
the novice chase at Warwick is Lucinda Russell's Apple Away and
Lucinda discusses her mare's improvement since her debut over
fences whilst she also looks ahead to her runner in the Lanzarote
Hurdle. It's in the Lanzarote that Kerry Lee has the well fancied
Nemean Lion and we hear about his chances as well as why he's been
campaigned the way he has. Finally, in Ireland on Sunday Silent
Approach takes on the boys in the Grade 3 Novice Chase and I talk
to her owner, breeder and trainer Con O'Keefe to get the story
behind this mare, who's clearly not straightforward!
