day. We speak to Ascot’s Director of Racing Nick Smith who talks of
the track’s experience of Super Saturday and also on the venue’s
recent financial results. Nick then responds to Peter Scargill’s
opinion piece calling for the Commonwealth Cup to be shelved. We
speak to jockey Phil Dennis who retires at Beverley today and to
Timeform’s Dan Barber who, rather in keeping with our Commonwealth
Cup chat, assesses the current state of the sprint division after
