racing writer of his generation, who died yesterday at the age of
68. Also on today's show, Nick has the final word on the Breeders'
Cup at Del Mar in the company of Kevin Blake, who also put his case
as regards the controversial vet withdrawals that have once again
impacted on events in Melbourne and in California. Plus, trainers
Ger Lyons, who has some interesting views on racing at Newmarket as
well as his own Breeders' Cup runner Magnum Force, and George
