Charles M. Schwab: Master Motivator

Charles Schwab led three gigantic enterprises: Carnegie Steel,
U.S. Steel, and Bethlehem Steel. His benevolent personality
attracted the most productive workers, whom he rewarded
financially. He saw no clash between labor and management. Why
did his staff feel a sense of pride under Schwab's leadership? In
