Viktor Frankl’s Search for Meaning in Life

Imprisoned in the Auschwitz concentration camp, Viktor Frankl saw
suffering and death all around him. Instead of giving up hope, he
chose to stay alive by constantly searching for meaning in life
through introspection. This quest for meaning became the title of
the most famous of the thirty-nine books he wrote.
