Now that we’ve looked at all thirteen official victims (and several
possible unofficial ones), it’s time to look at theories and
suspects. We also look a little bit at what happened to the main
participants after the torso killer’s reign of terror faded away in
Cleveland’s collective memory. And Quinn now has ducks!
