Fun Size Spotlight: Prosperity

Today's Fun Size Spotlight highlights the blue sorcery card,
Prosperity.  It's a card that I used in my first real
Commander deck (with a Sultai Mill/Wheels theme) because of its
flexibility to not only draw me cards, but also force my
opponents to draw cards as well.
