Fun Size Spotlight: Circu, Dimir Lobotomist

On this episode of the Fun Size Spotlight, I highlight a Dimir
Commander from the original trip to Ravnica, Circu! Whenever you
cast a blue or black spell, Circu exiles the top card of a
player's library. When given the right tools, this deck can rip
through either your or the libraries of your opponents and
prevent them from casting meaningful spells with the same name.
