Battle Card Type and Atraxa, Grand Unifier - What Is a Battle and How Will it Affect MTG Going Forward?

With the reveal of the new Atraxa, Grand Unifier card yesterday,
many folks have wondered what a "Battle" card will entail. I dive
into the new card type and provide some of my thoughts on what I
hope Battle cards will be, the potential similarity to the Clash
mechanic, and some of the implications of a new card type for
both the game and Vorthos lore.
