Birobidzhan, the town famed as the center of the Jewish
Autonomous Oblast of Russia where he was born and raised. Kolye
also discusses the upcoming Yiddish language classes offered by
the Workmen's Circle, available both in-person and online. For

forthcoming Boston Jewish Film Festival in November 2018. We are

Historian Sam Kassow discusses Emanuel
Ringelblum and the "Oyneg Shabbos Archive", the subject of
his book "Who Will Write Our History" and the new film based
on his book. The film, by director/producer Roberta Grossman
and executive producer Nancy Spielberg, has recently been
shown in preview form in Los Angeles and Warsaw and is
expected to be released sometime in 2018. For information
