Local Government That Works.


 Do your City and Town get along? Are they at odds over what
seems to you like trivial things? 


None of that goes on between the Town of Plattsburgh, NY and the
City of Plattsburgh, NY - in the Northeast corner of New York
State near the Canadian Border. 


These two Municipalities have been holding regular meetings for
over a year, discussing how they can mutually benefit each other,
and the entire region.   ..and it's working! 


I sat down with Town of Plattsburgh NY Supervisor Michael Cashman
and City of Plattsburgh NY Mayor Christopher Rosenquest to talk
about just how the constant communication and action has helped
to benefit the entire Plattsburgh NY region.  


Plattsburgh has a famous Food Item - It's called a 'Michigan'.
