A strong democracy depends upon a well-informed and well-educated
electorate. Yet isn't it true that in western democracies and
elsewhere, by-and-large indolence and indifference has taken
pride of place and most voters today lack the intelligence,
information, even interest, to cast their votes intelligently? In
this heated debate, Tony has confidence in the electorate, Tayo
is a little more... cynical.
