Tony thinks the UK's free healthcare service is the envy of
the world and long may it continue to be free at the point of
delivery.

Tayo thinks that the UK's free healthcare service is an easy
target for healthcare tourists who take advantage of the
long-suffering UK taxpayer; besides, there is too much waste and
inefficiency in any free service, and that includes the NHS
