Is working in a Casino immoral?

Some people think that it is immoral to work in a casino because
casinos do not produce anything nor add value to the community.
Such people think that gambling is also immoral because all the
profit earned from gambling comes from someone else's loss.
Gambling is therefore not a cooperative venture which
enriches society.

Others think the arguments above are so much utter nonsense. They
argue that adults can do as they please and spend their money any
way they want in a free society.

Hmm. What do you think?
