Is a father a loser for taking paternity leave?

This week the boys discuss a topic that was recently making the
rounds in the US news circus as to whether men who choose to take
paternity leave to help their partners are wasting taxpayers'
money by doing so, and are therefore losers!

TB believes this is true, whilst Tony totally disagrees–but what
do you think?
