We've been using it for centuries, but should we enshrine this in the constitution?

In this show, the boys discover that Austria has enshrined access
to cash in their constitution, so when digital currencies become
the norm, people in Austria will always have the option to use
cash. We ask whether the UK (and other countries) should follow
suit and protect the use of cash with the constant strive of many
countries to try and do away with cash and go solely to digital
currencies.
