Challenge Series competitor Crosby Colapinto, currently sitting at
No. 3 on the CS Rankings, joins the podcast. He chats about what
he’s been up to in between events to keep his surfing fresh and
what it’s like seeing the Rip Curl WSL Finals at his home break,
Lower Trestles. He discusses rallying for his brother, Griffin, in
the WSL Final 5 against four other World Title contenders and how
he views Griffin as one of the best to ever surf at Lower Trestles.
He reflects on growing up in a dreamy surf town, San Clemente, and
how there are multiple generations to look up to, like the Andinos
and the Gudauskas brothers. He speaks about his evolution from the
Qualifying Series to the Challenger Series and working on his
holistic health to cultivate a calm mind for competition. Crosby
