David Arquette Roundtable

This might be the most notorious part of this WCW timeline, and it
is for good reason. When David Arquette won the WCW World Title,
the wrestling world in a single moment collectively caught their
breath and instantly vilified not only Arquette but Vince Russo as
well for disgracing an honored and prestigious championship in
professional wrestling. Some might say this was the death nail that
would send WCW in the downward spiral it would never recover from.
