“Right now we’re processing more information in one day than we
did fifty years ago. It’s totally insane! Our brains are on
overdrive.” [4:20]

“You are no good to anybody when you’re in panic fight or flight.
When you’re in that worry-sense, your brain is telling your
adrenals to release all kinds of cortisol and that is chaos to
the body.” [8:23]

“Worry has a shadow side and a light side. The shadow side is
that it consumes you. The light side is that it cues you. It’s
not a bad thing to worry. It’s just bad when it’s in excess.”
[13:54]

“In order to really heal, we must feel and let it go finally so
it doesn’t stay stuck in us anymore.” [17:39]
