resolution that highlights the connections between equity,
climate, and COVID-19 recovery.

APA's Jo Peña sits down with Andrea Durbin, the director of
Portland’s Bureau of Planning and Sustainability, and Dr.
Markisha Smith, director of Portland’s Office of Equity and Human
Rights, to discuss the connection between the newly-adopted
resolution and planning practice.
