sewer dwelling caveman death metal. Based out of Denmark,
Mikkelsen plays in several killer bands like Undergang and
Phrenelith + he runs and operates his own record label and
storefront for Extremely Rotten Productions. I chatted with David
about everything from being a small business owner during the
