I've often heard that to reach your physical fitness goals, you
have to think of it as a marathon and not a sprint. I love the
spirit of that idea, but I want to take it a step further because
success in fitness (or finance or faith, as we talk about) isn't a
one-dimensional marathon. It's a multi-dimensional triathlon or
ironman that requires skills in several fields of discipline.
