Not going to lie - weekend blowouts? I know them well - too well.
I basically spent the first half of my BB career perfecting the
weekend blowout, only to be followed up by super strict, extreme
dieting on the backside, just to try and get back to even. Even
to this day, I have to be super intentional, otherwise a ho-hum
Saturday can easily turn into a ho-ho Saturday.
