busy moms on their journey towards better self-care. After years
of people pleasing, and battling insomnia and depression, Jaime
turned to fitness. She dove deep into the waters of health and
wellbeing and discovered a major need for simple self-care
solutions for busy moms in the world. She's worked alongside
Jillian Michaels for the past 10 years and is currently working
on creating a community of self-care experts to be the change we
wish to see in the world.
