U.K., Dr. Jen Unwin BSc, MSc, DPsy, FBPsS. Dr. Unwin is a
consultant clinical health psychologist, a fellow of the British
Psychological Society, and works with the NHS helping patients to
combat chronic disease.
In this episode, we discuss, among other things, the importance

acknowledging where you are truly at health-wise in your wellness
