cope with his father’s cancer diagnosis, he turned to food and
ended up weighing over 300lbs. After losing both his Father and
his Sister to cancer, he decided to make a change in his eating
habits. After living a low carb life and employing intermittent
fasting for 18 months, he had lost 125lbs!
