Episode 310: Employee Wellness Story 2 with Jay Lapeyre

This episode tells the story of Jay Lapeyre—the President of
Laitram, a Louisiana-based manufacturing company. Jay holds an
MBA as well as a JD from Tulane University. He is also part of
the Louisiana Business Association and other not-for-profit
organizations. He is committed to and invested in the health and
wellness of his employees. With the help of Dr. Tro and his team,
Jay has provided his employees with the opportunity to lose
