Colin Peters presents... RADIO KERMAN

This week we have a spellbinding set from Radio Kerman. 30 years
ago he started as a DJ by recording radio shows on cassete and then
cutting and splicing them together. He used these to play at
parties with hsi friends and since then he has collected these
singles and remixes on 12". This mix is truly phenomenal, mixing
together dance from from the late 80s / early 90s: New Order,
Depeche Mode, OMD, Erasure, Pet Shop Boys, Information Society,
Anne Clark, Dead or Alive, Black Box, Crystal Waters...

Hace unos 30 años Radio Kerman empezó a interesar en el mundo DJ
gracias a los programas de radio de los que grababa decenas de
cintas de cassette para luego “editarlas” y ponerlas en las fiestas
que montába con amigos. Desde entonces colecciona esos singles,
remixes y 12”. Esta es una muestra de la música que le despertó
como DJ por allá por 1990:
New Order, Depeche Mode, OMD, Erasure, Pet Shop Boys, Information
Society, Anne Clark, Dead or Alive, Black Box, Crystal Waters, etc.
