Elizabeth Dennehy played Commander Shelby in two of the most
important episodes in all of Star Trek, "The Best of Both Worlds"
and "The Best of Both Worlds: Part II." This was one of her first
TV roles and she made an immediate impression with fans for
portraying Commander Shelby as an ambitious, no-nonsense expert
on the Borg who frequently clashes with Commander
Riker.
