Covid Check-In: Round 3 ft. Dan Goss

Welcome to Round 3 of our Covid Check-In. We will be dropping
these episodes every Wednesday for the next little bit. Our goal
with these episodes is to do a quick check-in with folks all
around our country and see how covid is impacting them, their
families, their business, and hear what they are doing to keep
their families moving forward and to help their
communities. 


This week we are joined by Dan Goss. Dan is a dad to 3 and the
managing partner of Downtown Grill and Brewery in Knoxville, TN.
We talk about what it was like closing down the restaurant, how
they are preparing for Knoxville “opening” back up, and how his
family has been handling the change of pace due to covid.
