Patrick Lemieux - Be Flexible and Malleable

This week on the pod we are joined by Patrick Lemieux! Patrick is
a dad to 3 year old Stanley, married to the reigning Olympic Gold
Medalist in Triathlon, Gwen Jorgensen, a former professional
cyclist and a true Today’s Dad!  


We had a great time talking with Patrick about his role as the
ultimate support crew of his wife Gwen in her journey through
triathlon and now training to become an olympic marathoner, how
that role has changed/evolved since becoming a dad, remaining
flexible and running his own athlete representation business.
 


Patrick’s Today’s Dad definition was all about flexibility and
being malleable, a trait that we all could use a little more of
at times it seems! We loved his definition and the whole
conversation we were able to have. A big thank to Patrick for
joining us on the pod!
